崗位職責：
1、 制定項目設計進度計劃，對設計任務進行明確分工，并監督小組各成員的完成情況；
2、 在項目設計的前、中、后期，組織召開討論及總結會，確保小組各成員工作中及時溝通、相互協調；
3、 提交最終設計成果，并負責對甲方進行技術交底和現場圖紙答疑，根據項目要求出變更圖紙，配合現場施工，解決相關技術問題；
4、 優化設計，提高專業技能，對小組成員的工作進行指導監督。負責項目檔案的建立，跟蹤施工進度，保存管理項目過程文件；
任職要求：
1、 從事景觀設計五年以上工作經驗;有主持景觀擴初及施工圖設計的能力，有現場施工經驗；
2、 正規設計公司（院所）相關工作經驗，有較強的學習與創新能力；
3、 能準確理解方案意圖并能通過施工圖清楚表達保證整體設計意圖得以貫徹；
4、 能高質量、高效率的帶領團隊完成景觀施工圖設計，熟悉現行園林材料品種、價格；
5、 工作積極性強，有獨到創新能力，有較強的溝通、協調能力和工作責任心與職業道德，有一定的團隊管理能力；
