德勝（蘇州）洋樓有限公司（以下簡稱德勝公司）成立于1997年，注冊地址為蘇州工業園區淞江路3號（現更名為金雞湖大道368號），是美國聯邦德勝公司（FEDERALTECSUN,INC.）在中國蘇州工業園區設立的全資子公司，它的前身是美國聯邦德勝公司在中國上海設立的代表處。德勝公司從事美制現代木（鋼）結構住宅及公用建筑的研究、開發設計及建造，是中國境內第一家取得資質和從事現代輕型木結構房屋施工的企業。同時還兼做教育、公益慈善等事業。

中國蘇州總部占地約30畝，自己設計與建造了“波特蘭小街花園”，作為美制輕型木結構項目的樣板社區；在蘇州獨墅湖高教區建造了“德勝樓”，成為公司日常辦公和運營的中心；在昆山市千燈鎮購地181畝，建設“德勝昆山工業園”，作為公司的工業生產基地；公司年生產加工能力可以滿足1000棟以上的木結構別墅工程所需全部材料（按平均每幢300平米計）。

以下是德勝公司在發展過程中取得的部分成果：

1998年02月，德勝公司被美國住宅協會吸納為海外會員，成為中國境內唯一一家進入此協會的企業。

2003年09月，江蘇省科技廳批準德勝公司為江蘇省高新技術企業。10月，德勝公司順利通過了ISO9001：2000質量管理體系和ISO14001：1996環境管理體系的認證。同年10月，經安徽省教育部門批準，由德勝公司捐資創辦的德勝—魯班（休寧）木工學校正式開學。

德勝公司一貫重視環保事業，2004年03月17日，德勝公司被蘇州工業園區評選為“環保先進企業”。

2004年04月，同濟大學德勝住宅研究院成立。

2005年07月，德勝公司建造的上海美林別墅（108棟）項目榮獲“2004中國十大特色別墅金獎”稱號——經典示范卓越樓盤。

2005年11月，德勝公司獲得“中國生態建筑獎（節能環保技術領先施工企業）”，系全國唯一獲得該榮譽的施工企業。

2005年12月，《德勝員工守則》面向全國正式發行。德勝公司把自己多年來從自身的企業（中國境內）管理實踐中總結出來的經驗毫無保留地奉獻給了社會。

2006年01月，“TECSUN德勝洋樓”被江蘇省工商行政管理局認定為江蘇省著名商標。

2007年04月，由德勝（蘇州）洋樓有限公司、同濟大學德勝住宅研究院聯合發起并舉辦的“2007’德勝院士論壇”在上海、蘇州和黃山召開。46位科學家利用這段美好的時光聚集在一起，敞開心扉，彼此尊重，相互了解，對當今的基礎與應用科學的學術生態環境與研究前景進行了充滿遐想的討論。眾多兩院院士及在國內外享有極高聲望的科學家們出席了本次論壇會，增添了厚重的學術分量和無上的榮耀。這是一次無邊界、跨學科門類、跨地域的論壇，也是一次劃時代、高層次的學術盛會。

2007年09月，德勝（蘇州）洋樓有限公司建造的北京波特蘭花園項目喜獲“城市首席綠色建筑開發項目”獎。

2007年12月，《德勝世界——一個人和他的重建之路》在《中國作家》紀實版頭條推出報道。

2008年03月，德勝（蘇州）洋樓有限公司順利地通過了由國際著名的認證組織南非SGS公司的FSC/COC森林產品監管鏈認證。

2009年05月，《德勝管理》一書出版發行，這本書是繼2005年底出版發行的《德勝員工守則》和2007年出版發行的《德勝世界》之后的第三本全面介紹德勝（蘇州）洋樓有限公司管理的書籍。

2010年08月，聶圣哲先生撰寫的《旅美小事》由外語教學與研究出版社出版。該書以平實、幽默的語言，智慧、犀利的筆鋒，將一些小故事描繪得細膩、生動，讓讀者在輕松的閱讀中感受一個真實的美國。該書圖文并茂，別有一番情趣，原中國社會科學院榮譽學部委員、研究員、美國研究所原所長資中筠先生為本書作序。

2011年05月29日，“住宅人性化的現代科技支撐學術報告會暨《美制木結構住宅導論》首發式”在中國科學院學術會堂成功舉行。同濟大學校長裴鋼等十幾位院士、建筑學界的專家學者參加了報告會，共同探討“住宅人性化”這一當下建筑理念，并對《美制木結構住宅導論》的出版表示祝賀。由聶圣哲先生撰著的、科學出版社出版的《美制木結構住宅導論》，是世界上第一本系統介紹美制木結構住宅的專著，填補了這一領域的國際空白。

2012年07月，《商業評論》第七期作為原《哈佛商業評論》更名后的第一期，發表了北京大學國際MBA楊壯教授和該雜志編輯王海杰先生共同撰寫的文章《德勝洋樓：中國式管理的新范本》，文章中說道：“當全國人都追求聰明的時候，德勝提倡全體職工追求做傻子的精神。德勝洋樓是罕見的一家用價值觀打造出來的企業?！痹撐陌l表后，在社會上引起了極為強烈的反響。

2012年08月，在中國木結構企業發展論壇暨優秀企業和優秀工程項目表彰大會上，德勝公司獲得了中國建筑學會木結構專業委員會企業發展部“優秀企業”榮譽稱號。12月08日，在江西舉行的第九屆中國策劃師年會上，“TECSUN德勝洋樓”獲得了中國創意品牌獎。

2013年08月01日，由機械工業出版社出版的《德勝員工守則》全新版正式出版發行?！兜聞賳T工守則》自2005年12月到2012年底的7年間，先后由安徽人民出版社出版重印28次，銷量達50萬冊。此次全新改版，新增了三分之一的內容，主要結合德勝公司近年來的全新管理實踐和理念，增刪了部分規章制度與企業文化方面的內容，其中規章制度由原21條增加到了32條。新書目前正在網絡上熱銷。08月25日，全新升級版《德勝員工守則》新書發布會暨“德勝——中國企業管理模式高端研討會”在北京西苑飯店舉行。國內外最前沿的著名管理專家、學者齊聚一堂，新華社、人民日報、中央人民廣播電臺、21世紀經濟報道、經濟觀察報、新華網、搜狐網、新浪網、騰訊網、和訊網等數十家國內媒體派出了記者采訪。

2013年08月17日，在中國建筑學會木結構專業委員會第三次理事會上，德勝（蘇州）洋樓有限公司獲得了中國建筑學會木結構專業委員會“優秀企業”榮譽稱號，德勝公司建造的“香槐公館”項目榮獲優秀項目榮譽稱號。

2013年11月28日，在《商業評論》舉辦的第七屆管理行動獎頒獎典禮暨管理創新高峰論壇活動中，德勝公司榮獲管理行動獎。

2014年05月28日，由重慶工商大學管理學院徐世偉教授撰寫的案例《從農民到產業工人的嬗變——德勝公司的員工再造》，是在對德勝公司考察及對有關人員訪談的基礎上完成的案例文章，已于10月25日正式成為全國MBA教育指導委員會作為中國管理案例共享中心發表。通過本案例的教學，讓社會各界更好地理解德勝公司在企業社會責任（CSR）、企業公民和企業倫理方面的理念和思路。在經濟轉型時期，利益剛性的環境下，容易過度追求經濟利益而忽略社會利益和人文關懷，這個案例很好地詮釋了企業對利益相關者尤其是員工的生存、發展和權益保護的責任。適用MBA或EMBA學員、管理類研究生及本科生的《企業社會責任與商業倫理》、《人力資源管理》甚至《質量管理》等課程的教學。

2014年08月25日，德勝（蘇州）洋樓有限公司喜獲由中國木材保護工業協會木結構綠色產業分會組織舉辦的中國木結構行業“2014中國好木屋”榮譽稱號。聶圣哲先生當選為中國木材保護工業協會木結構綠色產業分會執行理事長。德勝公司也榮幸地成為中國木材保護工業協會木結構綠色產業分會執行理事長單位。

2014年12月25日，德勝公司為連續工作滿10年，始終如一地遵循“誠實、勤勞、有愛心、不走捷徑”的價值觀及德勝價值理念，通過各項評審合格的員工頒發了《終身職工證書》。終身職工資格是德勝公司對該職工的莊嚴承諾，也是對該職工的品德、能力及價值觀的認可。德勝公司現有268名職工享受終身員工的權益和福利。

2015年08月20日上午，在內蒙古呼和浩特賓悅大酒店召開的“第三屆中國木結構綠色產業大會和第八屆中國木材保護工業大會”上，德勝（蘇州）洋樓有限公司喜獲“2015中國好木屋”木結構建筑十大影響力品牌企業榮譽稱號，由德勝公司承建的“山東濟寧波特蘭小鎮”項目榮獲“2015中國好木屋”木結構建筑工程示范項目。
